
Testing Psychologist
Position Title
Lifespan neuropsychologist or testing psychologist. Full-time preferred (32-40 hours/week); Part-Time considered.
Position Availability
Immediate with flexibility surrounding the start date.
Postdoctoral candidates (who are nearing completion of an APA/APPIC internship and are working towards accruing
supervised hours for psychology licensure in the State of Wisconsin) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Position Description
Madison Neuropsychological Services, LLC (MNS) is a well-respected group private practice in South Central Wisconsin. To better serve the neuropsychological evaluation needs of our community, MNS is seeking a WI- licensed or license-eligible psychologist to join as an associate in a group practice setting.
This is a W2 position. Competitive compensation is based upon a percentage of income received.
The position is primarily assessment; however, there is the potential to maintain a small therapy caseload. For licensed psychologists, there is the possibility to utilize a psychometrist, if interested.
Common referral questions include the following: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Specific Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Alcohol-Related Neurodevelopmental Disorders, as well as intellectual giftedness or delay, memory difficulties, and emotional/behavioral challenges.
Madison Neuropsychological Services is located within a large medically orientated office building. The facility has ample on-site parking as well as other amenities (newly renovated restrooms, and staff lunch/break room). Duties and Responsibilities
For full-time employees: Conduct a minimum of three evaluations per week (intake and feedback sessions are offered via telehealth or in-person).
For part-time employees: Conduct a minimum of two evaluations per week (intake and feedback sessions are offered via telehealth or in-person).
Complete neuropsychological report writing.
Supervise graduate-level trainees on assessment administration, scoring, and data interpretation.
Demonstrate professionalism by working as a team player alongside MNS staff, including office manager, owner/associate psychologists, psychometrists, and graduate-level trainees.
Operate ethically by the state and national guidelines (APA).

Competitive compensation (based upon production and percentage of income received; full-time expected salary is estimated at $75,000-$100,000+).
Credentialing for all MNS insurance panels (Quartz HMO and SSM/DHP).
Access to test administration and scoring materials (including iPads for Q-Interactive administration and laptops for computer administrations as well as access to online assessment platforms).
Access to a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform via https://doxy.me/ (for intake and feedback sessions).
MNS has an in-house biller (for insurance claim submission and payment collection).
Administrative support for new patient intake and office management.
Use of HIPAA-compliant email, faxing, and phone services.
Individual account to the MNS Electronic Health Record platform (Intake Q/Practice Q).
Full use of a renovated and furnished office space within a serene and welcoming atmosphere.
Regular peer consultation (monthly staff meetings are required).

Post-doc trainees will receive funding provided by MNS to attend up to two professional conferences.

Required Qualifications
Post-doc trainees seeking a WI psychology license are encouraged to apply.
Applicant must have obtained a Doctorate in psychology or a related field (PhD/PsyD/EdD).
Obtain a WI psychology license (in good standing) or be license-eligible.
Prior training experience with neuropsychological assessment administration/scoring/interpretation (including assessment-focused practica, internship, and/or post-doc training).
